Typographical Errors
In the event that a Joster International Incorporated product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Joster International Incorporated reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Joster International Incorporate) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Joster International Incorporated shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Joster International Incorporated without notice at any time, for any reason. Returns
Please note that this site is used by retail and wholesale customers.
The following return policy is for retail customers only and does not apply to wholesale customers or supersede any policies laid out in the wholesale terms and conditions.

Return Policy:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
Our intent is for you, our customer to be pleased with your purchase.
If however you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason we will refund the full amount of your purchase, including shipping, so long as the following conditions are met:
1. The product must arrive back to us undamaged including product packaging.
2. You must inform us of your wish to return your product no longer than 15 days after it arrives at the delivery address specified by you at the time of order.
3. The merchandise must arrive back to us no longer than 15 days after you receive a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
4. You must call 206-501-4560 or email info@josterinternational.com to request and receive an RMA and to receive the address to use for returning your item.
DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS. IT WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
You must have the following information when contacting customer service.
• Your full name, address and order number
• Phone number
• Email address
When returning items to us please ensure:
• All items are clearly labeled.
• Make sure your return items are packaged in suitable protective packaging.
• Make sure your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization, your pre-approval for the return shipment) on the outside of the box.
• Please provide short and concise return reasons in an email to us
• Make sure that the products have SKU’s noted on the box and the product. This should be on the original packaging .
The product must arrive back to us before we will send out a replacement, exchange or refund.
Refunds will only be credited back onto the exact form of payment used to purchase the product.
