We do not accept returns on international orders.
Our intent is for you, our customer to be pleased with your purchase.
If however you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason we will refund the full amount of your purchase, including shipping, so long as the following conditions are met:
1. You must email email@example.com to request and receive an RMA and to receive the address to use for returning your item.
2. You must inform us of your wish to return your product no longer than 15 days after it arrives at the delivery address specified by you at the time of order.
3. The merchandise must arrive back to us no longer than 15 days after you receive a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
4. The product must arrive back to us undamaged and in new condition, including product packaging.
DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS. IT WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
You must have the following information when contacting customer service.
• Your full name, address and order number
• Phone number
• Email address
• Packing Slip
When returning items to us please ensure:
• All items are clearly labeled.
• Make sure your return items are packaged in suitable protective packaging.
• Make sure your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization, your pre-approval for the return shipment) on the outside of the box and inside the box for our warehouse.
• Please email us with a short and concise return reason.
• Make sure that the products have SKU’s noted on the box and the product. The original marked box should have this.
The product must arrive back to us before we will send out a replacement, exchange or refund.
Refunds will only be credited back onto the exact form of payment used to purchase the product.
